GM availability

Before I get to the body of this post I would like to say that I understand that a GM is a purely voluntary postion and that no GM can be expected to be online all the time...

HOWEVER...

Given yesterday's faux pas regarding Sol rare items in the item shop....Why..after any maintenance or game change...is there no GM online? Reporting a bug using the ticketing method takes a while to get through the system.

My suggestion...that at least one GM be online after server restart involving major changes AND as we can't buddy GM's then would it be possible to see if there is a GM online in any systenm (much like the message "New Story Mission available").

Not too much to ask under the circumstances

compleatly agree with that,and how in hell am I supose to get my cry back from a bp that I install yesterday if I can't sell it,so what happens with my 50k and how am I supose to collect a new one to install it on my (lvl 63) shipam I supose maby to go back to gemini and harvest another 50k,sorry GM's but it's not my problem u did'nt do your job proper way!!!

Thank you for your post.In case if there is no Gm online, you can always check the forums and post a thread because even if we can't manage to be ingame we always check the forums and you can check (who is online).We are doing our best to solve the tickets as fast as we can .
