hi guys,
from what i have seen here in the forums the majority of Bigpoint users are now transfered accross to Splitscreen studios, my problem is i still cant get transfered.

all i get is a message saying- "No Bigpoint Account could be found for your Bigpoint login credentials. Please try again and make sure your login data is correct." but the details are correct because i can still login to bigpoint.

now i noticed the other guys who managed to get transfered are on the solaria server, im on the askone server, so has solaria been updated and askone is still to do?

i was wondering if someone could check my account and see if they can spot a problem?
i would personal message them my login details for my bigpoint account for them to have a look (would have to be a splitscreen studios staff tho ie gm etc)

1 last thing, in one of the news messages it mentioned about accounts with special characters in the account name were causing problems, i had special characters in my account name when this was posted so i changed it to normal characters, could this be the problem too?

Problems was with special chars and with caps in the name.
Probably if you did a name change this could be the source of your issue.
Not a very good timing to change.
