Giant drone in orbit

Why not return the giant drone in orbit to warn people that there is an invasion on the planet that the giant drone is orbiting, like Osirus used to do?

I like it BUT, each planet needs like their own "Giant Drone" ship class, like a oversized venger for V4 etc.

P.S. maybe it shoots people in PM too. :mrorange: of course they'd be able to shoot back but they wouldnt get anything, the reward would randomly land somewhere on the surface, well, they should still get some EXP if its no lower than 8 levels people the feller.

Senario: Person low on e with 95% damage and in PM, he orbits to get to th nearest e field and then gets podded by this over sized Mantis Shooting him in orbit. Bad idea. But the gian drone etc is a good idea

Cody it is one and same Giant Drone at the orbit, it was for everyone to see there was or going to be an invasion at that planet.
The Drone at orbit is was not an active drone, and can never be.

I would love to see that back as well.

Ok, *clears throat*
1. Your supposed to rep in the Hanger or on the Ground and if you know there is an invasion I'd think you'd be smart enough to turn PM off after your 1st meeting with The Drone.
2. There is a thing called RUN Kid RUN! :mrorange:
3. Maybe have it not be able to shoot ya for like 5 seconds allowing you to land just about when it would start attackin.

Well, I think we'll only be able to get the Giant Drone idea through if anything. I have yet to see a game where the Dev's and Support trully consider the ideas in the forums.

Btw, this is best game I've seen yet for engaging the players. (Why else do people come to invasions, CQ's, PvP fights on V3, slaving through the SM's, etc.
