uninstall and re-install wont do anything it is a problem with the login server it self
Dam ... same thing happened to me. I wish Gamigo just stop it and let SS have all Gamigo Accounts, I'll be first to move my ship to SS.
But we should be worried of Gamigo Completely shutting down all its accounts... lol I just made it today rank 60. GIMME A DAM BREAK :d
Anyway, I was in CQ when this happened, it crashed and I couldn't reloging, once it said check forum, once it says authentication problem..
Hope it gets fixed soon!

Astraeus thats NOT true. They arent working! They are sleeping! I got a message saying they dont work in weekends!

is that a standard post or what? be real and say what you mean exactly.......i and most players pay a lot of money to play this game so SS or gamigo can buy new servers and pay their people........i want some refund if this take a while....my boosters are running....

couldv hit 60 by now i want a gm to level my account because of this
I have a Gamigo account, I have gotten pretty far on it, I just got a Sol ship today and it's lots of fun. But now I'm having a problem logging in. Whenever I put my username and password in and click the login button, a message pops up that says The game portals authentication service does not respond. Please try again in some minutes. Or it will say that, My account could not be authenticated, Please go to the forums or contact support. What should I do about this?? I'm really frustrated and I want to play some more today. Please help me on this one, I already sent a ticket to support but they might not answer for a couple days and I would really like this problem to be sorted out today. Thanks.
