gamigo situation

Personally I've never had a problem with gamigo....till now....my oh my SS what have you done...once upon a time when you clicked the gold tab you got taken to a screen where you could buy gold of varying amounts....it was straightforward and user friendly...now....now if you are a gamigo account holder you get linked to your gamigo account...and guess what???...soon as you go to the gold buying page and select the amount you wish to purchse....the method of purchase doesn't load....so...i suppose i will have to send a ticket...WHY????... SS...it is your game....the money i am paying for gold is yours....so YOU sort it out please...as i see it gamigo's poor performance is costing you money...not me...because i can't spend it...nuff said (no angry smiley as there isn't one....otherwise count them!!!!!)

I experienced somthing like that aswell.
Dont know if I have same problem as you. At first i thought it didnt work, i waited for the payment options to apear till it timed out, i guess that is a security messure.

So i tried once more this time i found out there is a problem with the browseer page, its just a small part of the window thats being used, like 2 inches in the midle of the screen. you have to scroll to see the payment options. its anoing :sneaky:

Last time this happend to me was 2 days ago.

Hi guys,

Hope you can help. Tried to by gold today via the game...as I always do....clicked the get gold tab and was re-directed to my gas account...not the normal screen...logged in without a problem...went to the PG shop and selected amount required....but the payment method would not load...so i couldn't progress

Spoke to epicentre when he came on-line and he suggested to try thru the shop...exactly the same scenario...so i have no idea what the score is...used to be such a simple process...please help :D :D :D

btw...sent ticket to gamigo...for what it is worth:)

I tested it they have changed the page it was new to me, but it works for me, actually it works wery well :)

Only thing i didnt like was that i have to log onto my acoount on gamigo and then again go to shop from there,
but it works perfectly for me looks cool and it easy to use :)

mmm....i keep trying but no luck....the shopping list loads but i don't get payment options....not like i don't have any as gamigo should really have me on thier Xmas card list with the amount i pay...lol...very odd...i tried using google chrome as you suggested but still nothing...strange indeed:(:(

edit: maybe you have it as a temp file which is why it is working for you...i am at a loss

Have tried relogging, resetting, turning of pc, firefox, google chrome and ie explorer. Same result. No problem getting looging on to GAS with username/password. But cannot buy gold. Even tried buying smaller amounts but it is the same result. I am annoyed...and like I mentioned in the opening post I know it is a Gamigo problem so I apologise if i was a bit brusque. :oops: :oops: :oops:

i too get directed to my gas account to buy gold now, i aint bought any gold yet but i have got all the way upto pressing confirm on my paypal account so looks like it works, i just wonder why gamigo have changed it, id look into it as gamigo might now be taking all the cash for the gold sales for this game instead of just getting 20%

still not resolved. Ticket posted to Gamigo...how long to reply??...Perhaps never. Cleared browser history, deleted temp file. All to no avail :cry: :cry: Checking my Gas history shows all my payments and method, yet no payment method in my history. I really am getting jarred off. I was fully supportive of Gamigo account until now but sadly have to agree with the rest in suggesting SS part company as soon as possible. Gamigo now has 15 (potential) online games. Clearly they don't believe in customer support. It is SS I feel sorry for. They do their best to provide a good gaming experience but it is let down by outside factors. The worst of it is, with SS there is always a timely responce. With Gamigo forget it. Just another number (digit). The sooner you guys can divorce yourselves from them the better.

What happened to the previous payment method??? Click "buy gold", open new window, select amount, redirected to paypal (or other) page, make payment, close, 5 mins later gold is in the bank. Now...well, I am at a loss. Money to spend yet I can't spend it. Strange economics in my view.

Back after a weekend in the country...lo and behold...no change and no ticket reply from gamigo. Why am i not surprised :x :x :x

Additionally i have tried using other pc's with the same conclusion. If Gamigo customer care is so poor, if they never answer tickets...basically if they couldn't care less then why is SS still associating with them?

Osirus should be there working on the ticket system, please be patient, Delloda will try to get the info why this is happening.
I will test this myself today ingame to see what happens with it.

Adrana many thanks. I have had a response from Gamigo to say everything seems fine, but it is not as i cannot get it to work on another Pc (never used for PG before). Tried deleting and re-downloading game, Java, you name it but nothing seems to work.

my problem is that i do NOT see the lower half of the final screenshot (payment methods). I get a loading sign at the top of the page but it is continuos. Is it my IP address (Serbia)..it shouldn't be given the amount of gold I have bought up till now. So what is it??? i have not had any Windows updates or anything that mat affect my ability to purchase. I never had a problem before. Now it is a nightmare...so much so that i am considering quitting the game because of the poor Gamigo response.

1 Why do I have the same problem on different pc's??? NOT A BROWSER CACHE ISSUE!!!

2 If it IS ISP related how come my IP address has been good enough up till now???
