Please post ALL Messages concerning Gamigo Login Issues here. I have received word from a Dutch Pilot that they cannot login thru Gamigo. I have also tried various Gamigo Portals & also get Authentication / Validation Rejection of Account Credentials. So Please log all comments concerning Gamigo Login Issues here

Gamigo Account Problems need to go thru the gAS to Gamigo

Pilots - If you are having LogIn Issues ie: An Error Has Occured Authenticating Your Account ... , Please know which Portal you are using so you may Send a Support Ticket to the Right Place. Posting to a thread here in the Forum is fine but may not get you the results you need. Please send a Ticket to the proper Support Team for the Portal you use as shown Below:

Gamigo - Issues related to Gamigo Accounts Only: Login, Username, Password Issues Only - gAS System

SplitScreen - All In-Game Issues that affect playing, Bug Reports, Complaints, Pilot Issues. SplitScreen Account Issues

Bigpoint - Bigpoint Support for their Username/Password issues - All other complaints to SplitScreen

Splitscreen. We are spending real money on YOUR game. yet another company, completely seperate from you, and with no interest in this game or its players, dictates whether pirate galaxy players log in or not. and all you can suggest is send ticket to Gamigo. That tells me that either you are incompetent, or you dont know what you are doing. Can you tell me what other company, anywhere, and in any other field or industry, would sit back whilst a rival company dictated who came through the doors or not??
All we want to do is play this space game, and it is a good game, but if this continues, and you dont sort it out once and for all, i.e. cut gamigo out of the equasion completely, you will loose a lot of custom. and players being what they are, will go elsewhere for their fun, i.e. *REMOVED*. and Gamigo know it.
So as long as you sit on your hands, passing the buck, you are playing into the hands of your grinning rivals.
So please, transfer all PG players with gamigo portals over to Splitscreen portals. I, for one want to stay on PG, but I can live without these logging in problems. so please work something out with gamigo as I know you can.

Slowhand90, I don't agree a bit with you, it's not SS fault, they are the |messengers| during this issue. It's gamigo messed up portal, they are having continuous issues with connecting through that portal.


As I said SS cannot transfer accounts to gamigo, without gamigo's permission, and it's doubtful that they will allow.

We only have 2 choices:
- Stay in gamigo accounts and wait till problem is fixed.
- Create a new SS account and re-work on it.

yea but no matter who the account are with at the end of the day its spltscreens game, and no matter who your account is with splitscreen get your money, so at the end of the day it is upto spltscreen to make sure everything is right with the game, no matter what any gm,dev or forum mod says IT IS POSSABLE TO TRANSFER ACCOUNTS, all they got to do is ghost the gamigo server info onto one of your own servers, or buy the server off gamigo, unless you pull your finger out ss your game is goin to fail and end up empty, none of us want this so think of something new and something fast. iv spent 1000s on my account and if i lost my account to all this gamigo rubbish goin on i will tell you one thing i will be taking a trip to splitscreens head office for a little chat, you need to get rid of bigpoint/gamigo and get your act together as a company on your own. i think once gamigos new space game comes out you will see the real side to gamigo and how they really work, splitscreen is like an annying little dog yapping at its side and soon they will tie the dog up outside and leave him there, iv been playing gamigo games since they first started and iv seen ALL there partnerships end badly which resulted in some games bein closed down full stop, all these account gamigo has that play this game are splitscreens bread and butter and if i was ss that would be my main concern and gettin them accounts, stuff vega and how it looks, stuff draconis we can wait, GET THE ACCOUNTS SORTED and get us all on splitscreens books and get rid of gamigo before they take you down and our accounts with it, and yes they have done it before to bigger companys then ss, ask aeria games what gamigo is like and you will see, they will do anything to make cash, gamigo took areia games to court to get all europen players banned off a game called project torque/ariea games, levelr/gamigo. Ariea games verson of the game had been around along time before gamigos version of the game but as soon as gamigo brought the game out they took ariea games to court and 40% of project torque lost there accounts some lost 2 years work on there accounts and 1000s of euros down the drain, and why did gamigo do this???? i tell you why cos there verson of the game wasnt as good as arieas version so gamigos game wasnt gettin any players, so they pulled the you dont have the licence to let europen players on your version of the game ariea. and took ariea to count and got all our accounts banned, which they thought would make us all come to there version of the game, this is what gamigo is like and ss you will soon find this out and i dont want to be the one that says i told you so, i only write this massive boring story just to show you what gamigo will do to get what they want, ss be warned you have been told, and no doubt i will get some reply telling me im wrong and to shut up and that my full stops and grammer are bad....... i know this already so save your fingers the work and dont tell me

i cannot log in i am gettin game authentication portal down.

this has happened now for the last 3 days so it needs to be seriously looked into

loading zones are very long too at the moment..

the germans also have gamigo accounts..
this is a problem at the gamigo log in server and is thus pre-pg server

I am also having problems logging in. So are a number of my clan m8s. Could someone from SplitScreen contact someone at Gamigo and get an ETA on when this will be fixed? I am wasting my money here paying for a membership that I am not able to use at this time.

Once again authentication login problems. Aint that a surprise !! also, I dont appreciate being thrown a smokescreen by some jumped up moderator/GM or whoever when im trying to get my point across. If you dont like the complaints from us, the paying players, give us what we are paying for, A decent product, otherwise someone might see this as Trading under false pretences, which in England at least, is a criminal offence. Consider that before issueing threats.

for accurate fixes to be made it will take a while so that the problem at hand can be dealt with properly.

For half an hour now i have tried to login in to my account (Solaria Server) and it's saying about the authentication, i want to login so i can get ranking for my level 35 mizar ship. But i can't cause of this login bug Please if you can restart all the servers or try fix this bug Many thanks

they are working on the problem as i say so please be calm im sure they are working as we speak a server restart cannot just happen due to the problem not being fixed so when it has then you may see a restart :)
