Gamigo issue - cant log in

Hey dont worry there is no "offical" online news anywhere about Gamigo. Either Gamigo is totally screwed and they cannot access anything or they are trying to downplay this on the international scene. Eitherway there is info out there but none of it offical

while yes us gamigo players do pay gamigo for our gold SPLITSCREEN get 85% of the cash still unless the prevous cm Delloda was telling me porkies, so as you see you are still paying splitscreen in the long run. Try ticket gamigo for lost items in game and see what reply you get off gamigo, cos iv done it a few times and the reply i get is " sorry we dont not support this game anymore please contact splitscreen studios " you see they both want to take your cash but nether want to refund and support you. The gms and cm do as much as they can and do a great job but they still need the permission of the splitscreen staff to change anything in game so there hands are tied so to say

oh i know about that issue. lol

Splitscreen hold the Game data where as Gamigo hold the account info. So by rights SS should deal with in game issues and Gamigo with account issues ( i.e ) hacked lol, or gold issues.

But contact Gamigo for account issues they say they dont care, Contact Splitscreen about Game issues they say contact Gamigo and so the vicious circle is complete

I totally agree mate.

There's no such thing as can't merge accounts but more of a case they won't merge accounts. I too, am old school player and there was no portal choice, the portal was selected dependant on location and server so all there was to sign up to PG was gamigo by default. Yet somehow "" SS managed to merge other PG accounts that went through "BigOne Portal" (I think it was called?) So why can't we have the same?

I and many other players like me are losing out on Membership and Boosters etc paid for by real money so how are we going to be compensated?

I've put in a ticket regarding this issue and my suggestions, and before anyone says it " we can't contact Gamigo Support because their whole site is down"

It's not our fault Gamigo & SS went separate ways, so why should we suffer? Best thing is merge everyone's PG account over to SS then means "1 portal only 1 problem" At least that way we know if PG server down and all player can't login they be something wrong, not have to think "is it PG or Gamigo?"

I just dont understand why they dont move us to ss, instead of causing troubles all the time... Lets all demand a compensation for it While we are offline planets blow up and membership runs, and booster runs and we are left with nothing but waiting...
