At the beggining i want to say sorry for my english i try my best.
I dont want to say nothing bad, i dont want trooling and flaming i understand some people are mad and some people need to explain things they dont know well.
all i want to know is answer for few questions
ok i had read yesterday that gamigo is down..
I understand that sometimes there are technical problems(what is normal thing), but i had read on main gamigo page (information from a german player ) :arrowr: http://assets.cdn.gamigo.com/maintenance/en/
ok but to the point ,the game is owned by gamigo/splitscreen. me and outher people had payed with real money , to buy the memberships,cryo protects and all outhers stuff. ( the money goes to gamigo and splitscreen ).
i cant log since yesterday.
i would like to know how gamigo/splitscreen will pay us back the discontinuity of time we couldnt play.
sorry adrana but i play pirate galaxy this is forum of pirate galaxy and the information of being not able to log in pirate galaxy had bring me here ,so i dont understand why i shoudl write extra message to gamigo support if (you are the support of pirate galaxy)and the gamigo gas system is down so propably there is no way to contact with their support.
after all...
when i was creating acount on pirate galaxy(and most of old players) there was only gamigo.there never was a information that splitscreen and gamigo will split up .so there never was given chance to choose between them.i had only read information that its imposible to transfer account to splitscreen from gamigo.(the question is , how its imposible in technical way to transfer some data from place A to place B)I understand that ss and gamigo got some contract about it, and propably thats why its ,,imposble".
but thats not the main point
as i pay real money for membership and outher stuff you guys provide. that means it need to be available to play game each time i log in, (exept server resets) i hope those are conditions of a contract between player and game provider.
If i am unable to play something i had payed with real money that means the conditions of a contract have been broken from side of provider.
I remember some times ago server was down , delloda logged in after ewerything was ok and said.. ok sorry we had technical problems(what happens ). here each of you that cant log in get 10 k gold becouse failure of gamigo
So the next question is will my and outher gamigo players get extra +1 day of our memberships,cryo protects and outher (not online time counted)stuff be added?
I understand that some people can write alot of bad things becouse thay are mad of being unable to log in.

But if Pirate Galaxy team demand from us to respect the rules inside game/forum ,i think also that we can demand to get stuff we had payed for. and if we are unable to play becouse their foult we should get some type of gratification.
I writed this post becouse i cant log in since yesterday , i had read a post of gm to search new information about this problem on main page. but sorry no new info since yesterday.
Please someone that is able to answer my questions to do that.
