Achievement-Related Improvements & Fixes
- Changed the sorting order of achievements so that completed achievements are moved to the bottom of their category list, making it easier to focus on achievements yet to be completed.
- Improved loadout achievement validation (equip specific ship with items). Previously, the achievement did not always check accurately for the ship that the items were installed to.
- The achievement's progress bar also reflects validation updates more accurately.
- If a loadout achievement's progress bar is full but the achievement remains incomplete, this means that you haven't installed all of the required items to the same/correct ship at the same time.

Client-Side Improvements & Fixes
- Improved achievement caching for the client to survive zone changes, reducing network traffic.
- This also means that the achievement window will open more quickly on subsequent visits.
