I prupose that pm may only be used with same system ship and tech. The main purpose from my point of view is that it will make the game more fun ie... I pod a red in draconis he calls in his clan to get me, because of the way this game is configured its not possible for me to win and keep bounty against supiereor numbers so i go to mizar system as i have 4 players online with mizar ships to even out the odds; or i go to vega system and allow the lower lvl players to participate, maybe i have more lower lvl players online as my clan is not a clan for power levelers. this change would mean NO MORE NEWB KILLING ie... power levelers in draconis ships podding sol,mizar,gemini,antares and even vega ships. This change would also mean the new or smaller clans would atleast be able to stand up to higher lvl players from enermy clans in the lower systems
also for those players on missions either solo or in squad if your attacked by reds you'll atleast have a fighting chance to fight or run not a one shot pod from some draconis newb only in the game 30 days.

Love the idea lt and i think if this gets set into motion it would make pvp more enjoyable as draco ships couldnt pod a gem ship it would give people equal chances and less of the moaning to* the gms

MrDarkman just because this has been surgested before now its illegal to resurgest things because they have been forgotten about or just revamped! also where LT posted the idea is in the right section and like before hope this gets put into Effect lt would stop all the moaners out there!
