Hello, I would like to ask for help regarding connection issues on the GAIA server, where the game disconnects players, reconnection attempts fail, and/or the connection is lost for extended periods of time. This has been affecting several players for approximately 2 to 3 weeks, generally during conquest times and the following hours (19:00 to 02:00 server time).
It would be greatly appreciated if you could look into this issue and resolve it.
