Fusion Tempest Blaster

Well, I've been looking all over Prosperous for this thing. But for some reason, the lvl 33 avengers drop Fusion Storm Blasters. Now, is it just me, or is it that lvl 28 avengers drop that?

Anyway, I've searched the entire planet, and eventually, one of my friends said the avengers at the middle right could be bugged.

Any help with this?

I went there and grinded the avengers (and occasionally a passing DS) for like two hours. Still nothing!

On Sunday 8th August 2010, a Level 33 Avenger at the Bottom Middle Right dropped the Fusion Tempest Blaster BP.
