I have a white blue print quest to kill level 13 harvestors. There is a map circle as to where they can be found,but I know another more accessible area where they can be found. Can I accomplish the quest in the area that is more accessible?
For white quests, do I have to kill mobs by circle given on map?

No, I do not think so. You have to be in the marked area to actually complete the mission.
