Fleet Conquest Issues (Possible expoit in mechanics)

Hello, Can we have another account on the same server in a different fleet?

On this second account, I collect mining tickets to register the fleet for a conquest with 30 tickets. My main account isn't always there in this second fleet since I regularly switch fleets to participate in conquests.

I've already been banned for 30 days for multi-accounting for registering several small accounts to conduct fleet-to-fleet conquests with a conquest ship (on Trantor, it's very hard to find enough players to do a 5-vs-5). I'm wondering if this is allowed...

The goal here is to progress towards the mining ticket achievement and in no way harm the fleet rankings or block conquests...

The rules should be more specific.

Registering a small account in our fleet at the same time to be able to be 5th, without being logged in at the same time, is not allowed. Can a GM confirm this as well?

One of the player in our server asked to GM with tickets if we can setup arranged conquest between 2 allied clan for Cryonite and achievement, and the response was basically yes, but they clearly stated that alts account cannot be used to register for CQ even if you truly need a 5th player.

And yeah, CoC should be more specific with multi-account usage.

I'd also like official clarification here.

The CoC clearly states that a physical person being logged into multiple accounts at the same time is disallowed.

Witches of galaxy looks very unsportsmanlike, but from a technical standpoint it doesn't look like they are breaking clearly established rules. If the clan leaderboard (and the game, in a broader scope) is meant to be competitive, we need clear rules to compete with.
Since we had similar issues in the past on trantor, but have not recieved clear ruling on the matter, I'd appreciate answers to the following:

- is it allowed to enlist little accounts that are not playing to reach the 10 player count threshold to be able to play (while being disconnected on main account, no simultaneous connexion)?

- is it allowed to have multiple accounts for the purpose of farming mining tickets for different clans? This doesn't boost warscore gain, but allows much faster progression towards the 1000 tickets achievement.

- is the moderation team meant to enforce CoC to the letter, or may they distribute sanctions for unsportsmanlike behavior too?

1. That is not allowed as this will also break the CQ system as the spawn rates etc. scale depending the team sizes. I can understand that its frustrating when not enough players are around, but one clan only needs to bring at least 5 players. We can lower the limit like 3vs3. But it would not play well as the minimun to have fun is a full squad (5 players) per clan.

2. No thats also not allowed and dont even make sense for the mining ticket achivement. The mining ticket achvievement counts progress only active players in the CQ match with the amount of clan invested tickets for that single match.

3. Its not enforced by hard measures as the team can not monitor every CQ match that takes place. So mostly when unfair behaivors are reported with clear info it can be investigated further. Best solution here would be that the game mechanics themselves are solid so that such measures are not necessary.

I find this type of information excellent. The best thing is that this is coming to light before the next update on conquests and the use of skulls. This will help you get ahead of the game and clarify what is and isn't allowed when paying for a conquest and participating in it.

Very few have read the code of conduct, but I understand that having more than one account on a server is not allowed. If the proper use of two or more accounts on the same server is allowed, it should be regulated, and the accounts must be in the same fleet. Likewise, you cannot have more than one active account.

First: with accounts in the same fleet, you cannot organize conquest agreements to activate accounts in different fleets.

Second: you cannot advance the lower account with your same higher-level account.

Third: you cannot increase the number of squadrons in reactors with your secondary accounts.

Fourth: PvP achievements cannot be awarded with your secondary accounts.

If the secondary accounts are in the same fleet, Fleet will be subject to increased scrutiny in attempts at unsportsmanlike activity.

Finally, and very importantly, can you clarify if the use of shared accounts is allowed?

You may be busy with the progress of future updates, but these are things some drivers need to be clear about for future updates. The game will surely continue to advance so everyone has the same opportunities.

Would it be possible to remove the 10 vs. 10 limit so that the conquest ship could be used?
The gameplay would be so much more fun and interesting, even in 5 vs. 5.
Haven't there been any conquests on Trantor with a conquest ship in 5 years? See more...

conquest ship is a relic from a far gone era when cq were fun... back in the days there was no limit on fleets and crio was needed to register and also crio as reward.
Now is just a big massive and expensive paperweight
