Fair? shoot a precolonial player with post colonial ship?

we are a people that are trying to encourage those that are new to the game. if a person that cannot fly a post colonial ship are being taken out by a 'gold ship' that is fully rared out, are we doing that? I think it only cowardice to do that.. instead of encouragement we are deflating the person and they will more than likely quit the game before they can really learn it.
i have tried to download the CoC but i cannot read the language it is written in. I only know what i have been told by GMs. I have no idea if what i am being told by players is true or just bully agreed talk.
i have lost a number of invited players because of this. most are not plying because they do not see any pleasure of being shot down every 2 minutes by those that have no fairness or honor. they want to play but have no way of playing in pirate mode and getting any xp bonus.
we need to have changes that will allow new players a chance of getting to know the game before the bullying starts up.

In the middle section of the “Policies & Information (CoC 3.0.1)” you can find the part about PVP’ing Vega System. In addition I want to mention, that when someone in a not so well equipped Vega ship gets shot by a Vega ship equipped with full rare tech, then this is seen as the risk of flying around in PM.

this is a bit off the subject but has still to dow ith the pvp thing.


back in the old days people had the choise of enabeling and diableing their pvp mode whenever he or she wanted today u put ur pm on and u cant put it off anymore till the reset on monday if u compare these 2 versions of the pm mode then u will see that with the enable/disable pm mode u see less pvp casualties in every system then with the pm mode of today.

in conclusion to my story id say that the old pm mode should be brought back to reduce the amount of player deaths by other players esspecially in vega but this is just my opnion though but im certain that this would help alot in the pvp problem
