Extend the event ?

Seeing how most of the East Coast is being hit or effected by Hurricane Sandy atm an alot of are members an players do not have internet access on the East Coast as a result of this it seems only right to extend the event for those of us that have been or will be affected by this Hurricane.

Please help support this idea.

I do believe this is fair. I have family that I have no communication with now. Best extend the event since it is not fair to some people that internet access is not possible.

no offence but i dont think it should be, power in some places could be out for a week or so... rather just have new event date then extend it.

Out of the millions, there could those slim chance of new players who use this event as their reason to make this game their favorite and some out of the millions are missing this event that they might of been waiting for .

Well Vintage not that i not aggree whit your points but...

What is whit all the Players which joined the game after events where held?

What is whit the Players which just joined the game short before an Event was finished? They get no extratime just cause they joined later or hadn´t the chance to come earlier?

What is whit all the players which couldn´t join an event which was hold only in higher Systems then they could get or they just reached it and only had bad equipment?

Like i said i don´t aggre or disagree whit your meaning but in the end Split has set the timeplan and i only have seen it once that they extended an Event for 3 days if they will do it here to cause of the "natures wrath" could only they decide. Cause i think when you think about this what i asked then tell me when should it ever give an event in the game?
