Experience For Next Rank

Sorry it me again Black_WarLock# Version 1001121 English & Amercain server I have a problem with my Experience for next rank ,the last 2 days it been stuck on the halfway mark the rank bars has stop moveing,For 2 days I have shoot npc ships and my rank bar is still in the same place and has not move..Is there a problem could you fix this problem for me thanks alot,BLack_WarLock....

-do you know about the experience cap, that you can`t read about anywhere? -if you kill anything 8 levels under your level, it gives you no yellow on the bar:!
