LOL! I tried to ask a mod in side the game during a V3 Event and i got blank back so i will post the idea here.
I know that in the V3 Events you have lives... but what do they actually do
I was talking to a lot of people that wanted to come got all the way to the vega star gate and then said "If i die do i lose cry" Obvs thats a yes then the left and went back to whatever they where doing. i tend to spend all the cry i have once i get it even when im not in a CQ so this does not bover me that much. But a lot more people might participate if they know that there "lives" or there will be something to protect the cry lost during the event.
I know that there are cryonite bosters but in a v3 event all i spend the gold on is a e pack.
But thats one way that i thought of.
Or you could make death cry visible to all players that shoot the play that then pods (like mantis). Those then that manage to kill another play get cry so the event can also be a benifit.

how about another pvp league or something
Since there are alot of new people, how about a event that can involve all of them, an event which will only involve:
1. Starter ship with no armor upgrades
2. Standard ion Blaster
3. Standard collector
4. Standard rep droid
5. Standard afterburner

My idea for eveny
A large Mantis Invasion on on Vega 3, but the only diffrents is they have all types of Ships from every system, including player ships.
Big boss at the end, something like 3 Destroyers and a Insanly powerful Juggernought.

I would like to have a clan war tournament , with max 15 players from each clan. only 2 clans fight at the time. The winning clan fight the next clan and so on.
If you are podded, you cant land again, and no engies.
It could be in Vega with Vega tech.

I suggest 1 squad per clan, just as it has been done in the past.kozoe said:

What if we make a squad vs squad event, but not with normal ships, but with ships that all squads that participate get.
The squadron leaders gets a ship (don't know the name) with abilities like:
1, Blaster
2, Collector
3, Shield
4, Aim Scrambler
5, Repair Droid
6, Aim Computer
7, Afterburner
8, Repair Field
and the squad members get all a Raider, with abilities like:
1, Blaster,
2, Collector
3, Rockets
4, Shield
5, Repair Droid

I saw these ships on the bèta, and you can better have Aim Computer without rockets, then rockets without Aim Computer.ridoi said:
