It seem that all USA members have a connection problem, It's not the USA sever sence it's in Germany to.
It's the log in client thats to blame it seems. SS says they cant do any thing, well change log in clients to your own. Stop pointing and start fixing this. I have seen many players that are paying members starting to get very mad with SS. Now maybe it was the last patch?? I cant see my own clan in side map 1.2 the time. Maybe the patches are coming to fast. Step back men of SS take a good look @ the problems and start from the POB. not just tring to patch patch patch....having an Award for best game ment you were NOW going to work and work hard...
The Euros and Dollars are rolling in and Its time to go to WORK.
AND I ADD MONEY TO PP ACCT. but opps can't log in to pay you!

Please don't make accusations when you do not have all the information. The USA login server is in the Denver with all of the USA Server hardware. the problem is here: http://forum.pirategalaxy.net/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3859 . Seems that the DDoS attack was happening for weeks but they didn't tell us until now that they solved it. This meant that we dropped everything to optimise our code thinking it was a problem at our end when we could have been doing proper work.

You need to understand game development terminology. Patches are our tool for swapping bad code for revised and hopefully good code. To tell us to stop patching is like telling a plumber to fix a pipe but stop fixing it with his tools. We patch the game to fix bugs, add features and to balance the game, sometimes fixing a bug will create a other bugs that were overlooked or didn't show up in the test server. We patch only once every 2 weeks because patching the game can be dangerous so we try to bunch up all the fixes to update.

We make far less money that you would like to believe. Please factor in expenses (ie. check the monthly cost of renting servers) and you have a rough idea. We do work much harder than you think, I myself work around 10 hours a day but the some of the dev team work 12 to 14 hours a day. we are trying our best with limited resources we have.

Actually we got 3 awards! ^^

We work way harder than you would like to believe. Most of us work 10 hour days and some even more.
