Endless load? Freeze? Crash? Cannot Connet?!

WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!! it works, it does not work, it works, it does not work, it works... well you get the idea... and I say WWWWHHHHHYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!! the game froze while I was picking up a blue print, gave it a few min then I had to ALT+F4 my way out. then I gave it some time and went to go back on and the sever Solaria is RED.... it is just really really frustrating when your trying to play the game....

we are trying really hard to fix this. We are even in the process of switching server company and getting new hardware with more POWER! It frustrates us as much as it frustrates you.

so when it says "The Server is offline" at the beginning of the Pirate Galaxy Screen not at the server selection one...but after the screen with the Girl and the Planet..it means its off? shouldnt that be said at the server selection screen...where solaria would be in red to know that the server is offline?

99% of the time, when it says that "the server is currently offline, please head to our forums for help" or something of that ilk, the server is online
