Elite Engine Booster in PVP

Hello, i'm playing this game for a long time, and this is the first time i see that an user can buy a power-up that really helps him in a PVP. I mean you can atack a player withouth an engine booster and if you know what you are doing, you always win. Isn't that great?

I mean, the firepower booster, and damage doesn't work on players when in PVP, then why the hek the engine booster is not disabled while you are in a combat mode due to a PVP shot? Isn't the whole ideia of this game that a player can play the game for free, and have the same chance of success?

Bala the engine boosters are an upgrade but can be used in pvp because it doesnt make your firepower stronger neither does it weaken it by using the elite engine booster i can take on 3 mizar ships and win in a mizar vs mizar which is quite hard lol also for the record 2 where FF tech other one was baumar tech
using the engine booster you need to escape or get abit of distance from the person whom is chasing you this allows you to regain tech which can be helpful also if you get jumped while killing a mantis to aid in getting away to then regain tech come back in and show them what happens when your full health lol hope this helped

Ye, that's exactly my point, and the thing is that the booster is not used by those who are grinding for instance, but by those who jumps you then run away... It helps you to gain an advantage over your opponent, retreat till your weapon cools down, and strike again, right when the other player is with their aim computer down for instance.

And if you find your opponent superior, you can just run away and, theoretically, unless he have a stunner you run away always, and that's seems like a pvp booster.

What happened once to me is that, someone that asked me for a PVP, then he plays REALLY badly, hit rep. droid too soon and stuff, then he just stayed a bit away and his rep. droid were cooled down, so he come back and i had half health. Luckily for me, i'm not such a noob in an armour and i survived his second wave, actually he played really badly again, and he just decided to stay a bit away from me and returned to me when he had his tech available... that went on and on for about 30 min, then one of the times he was running away i bought the booster and finished him, thing that would be impossible without the booster.

So i ask again, are the PVP supposed to be unfair for those who doesn't pay?

but bala yet again it comes down to when the pilot runs for example storm vs idk lol if the person with the speed booster went to run you thermo them and a rocket and a blaster if you have time if they dont get the repair back there dead also if they go for a recharge you do too they go one way you go anouther simple

now yes im not sure if engine boosters are supposed to advantages in pvp i certainly wouldnt call it an advantage but if any1 else would like to clear this up as in my books its no advantage and it just equalises gameplay also makes it more interesting!

engine speed isnt the only advantage can b used in pvp even infinite energy is also an advantage nvm other.
maybe they should at least permit insight on who has wht modules/membership so u can say if the fight was halfway fair.
(main reason may b its too much trouble to code some exceptions tht are situation based)

if u dont like at least an "illusion" of fairness or having a challenge to enjoy then just pay for a vid of ur ship ruling the universe should keep u happy for a while and no need to interact with "cheap npcs"
(free players are actually cheaper npcs to make the paying players game more interesting if u make the unfairness to "obvious" no more bought targets/buddies for paying player = paying player leaves too =no more game; thus the logic behind all free to play games else theyd make it pay players only but then wallet warriors by character usually dont like to fight on possible equal terms with just other wallet warriors.lol some of their logic is like this example: "i payed and im still loosing ?!wth? why pay again")

i think i answered ur question above but if u dont bother reading /thinking its ok too theres no age limit on this game as i know so if a 5yr old is allowed to play why not allow u ask same questions repeatedly.

Yes it's true engine booster is the only one wich affect PvP, but not directly. Because if you go this way, Cry protection too. So it also must be disable in PvP no? looooool please guys weak up!!!!!!!!!

What happens in a fight between ultimatemembership and someone without? same thing!

ALL boosters have no incidence in PvP, that the use of them, that can lead to an advantage.

Sometime I take one engine booster, true it's kinda cool for PvP, but also to do SM or just flying around hive

And if you can take down someone with a engine booster, well..... ^^
