I heard a hint/possibility from a GM that there will not be an Easter event this year. Is this true?

Also I would like to request that you make a way for players to get some of the limited ships through more events, it isn't fair for the people that haven't been playing as long to have to pvp ships that we don't even have a possibility of getting. This could be through once a year events, some extremely rare mantis, or once a month tournaments that only people that don't have the ships can enter, but there should be a possibility for players to get those ships through difficult challenges.

No more events. This will break the game again. How about an offline raffle or something.

How about not listening to rumours, I am quite sure no GM has stated there will not be any event, they cannot tell you what they do not know.

The gm said that the surprise about this years easter event might be that there isn't one, so i was just trying to clear things up. Ty for the info.

There is a hidden page in the wiki: Seasonal Events, where you can see the events from the past (note to wiki masters: need to be updated and included in public pages). As you can see there, the "2011 Easter Event" was run the last week of april and the first week of may. It was just a coincidence that Eeaster and PG Anniversary came the same week. This year the Easter come a few weeks before. Those special ships are ingame called "Anniversary Ships", not "Easter ships", so it is obvious that this year it will be a new event at the end of april not related to Easter. IMHO, that is evident and reasonable. :sneaky:

Remember that some of those ships were available in the Sirius teaser event at Dante, besides some other very rare bps like the "Rare awesome pattern" :idea:

The event on its own is fine but the pieces you can buy in the shop... 20k gold for 5 pieces and you need 25 pieces to compleet it???? thats... greedy

Have you forgotten the Gold Cost to buy a Parsec way back in 2009 thru Cash Shop? The current Price for the Full Ship I believe is Fair comparably.

I wouldn't say greedy like someone else did but you have to admit 25 usd for 5 parts and needing 25 parts is 125 usd. Thats a lot of bank. I understand the point of it is to ensure it isn't flooding the system but come on lol. I have seen 2 eggs in the past 4 hours with out even trying but what i did see where drac ships all over vega while I was hunting golds. they have the system that they are in, and all the other systems? that is hardly fair to other players. I know Askone was flooded vega waise for a while it lagged me to bits. I ligitamently thought there was something wrong with my new computer. but sure enough the server started to die down and I was fine. But I so many more 60+ levels in vega hunting for eggs than I did anyone else. One GM made a point to pointing out they are in there highest tech but still in vega... in a very colorful way i was happy to see it.

All in all it more than likely takes 650k in cry to get and level 35. 125 usd and having double your level and higher getting more chances for eggs that you is stright <you know exsactly where I am going with that.>

Hi Astraeus i remember quite well because i did buy (SHIPS) not Bps in 2009 we did buy ships , myself bought some from the shop back in the day .

Now to make an event that on the first day was giving 3 eggs for planet , then change it to hardly 1 egg for planet the next day when there is hundreds of pilots looking for them , and put a price tag of nearly 100 pounds just for the bps not the (Ship) its hardly a fun easter event . i think if SS got it wrong this time . :cry:

if i was to spend 100 pounds i would at least expect to have the ship bought in my hangar ready to put armors etc ect....

do i think its fair the way SS did this ?
the answer is no because its nothing like it was back in 2009

At last you can write something here SS, why you ignoring us.
If Easter event is event than you give us like present good and nice event like last year.
To do event like last year seems will take you much time than these eggs.
And yes whats about 1Cry drop from Easter egg, you started to joking with us right ?
