Droprate lowered?

OK, so I tried this morning and shot 50 harvs, got 4 cry and 23 blueprints + 1 mizar ship, so I logged out and stayed off the game for 6 hours.
And I just now killed 27 harvs and got 0 cry so I relogged. Killed another 19 harvs and I got 1 harv cry...
So another 50+46 is 96 harvs that gave med only 5 harv crys, and all together I got 3 mizar ships, 52 blueprints and 3 mizar abs. So why do I get so low droprate on harv cry and huge amounts of blueprints when I don't have any booster on?
The last patch RUINED my chances of grinding more than 100k cry per day... With this rate I might get 50k at max. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

[droprate] must be player related...

x amount of drops per day : x amount of players online = droprate

if they say it is not changed then the only thing changed in the game is # of players..
as more player play and more players progress to next systems.. it could be the only explanation for the phenomenon of the lowered crydrop ^^

100.000 cryonite a day ? How do you get that much ?

If you use 33% cry booster you can do easy allot of ppl say it but my top is 75k on 1 day in 5 hours, so if he got more time or is a faster grinder then me its easy but

I have grinded 184k in a day on molikar on rank40 harvs as my record, with 25% cry booster^^ but that was 1 month ago...
The crydrop must have changed now cause I am not getting that much harv crys that I used to before the last patch...

Can I grind with you then? I myself have seen a big drop in the number of crystals dropped in Mizar and Gemini. I have discussed this with other players and they are seeing the same thing as well.

Something has changed, intentional or not.

i been play this game long time every time they put a update there always something they change dont know how many time the low the crys and put them back i got 30 day bps elite and to me it not worth it been in sol try to get bp it like bp drop from every 60 kill just for one bp and the crys now is like 25% off wot the point take a planet or buy a crys booster if u keep low the crys make it the same crys we get now after poeple buy it i was get 45 to 50 crys on molikar and i buy a cry booster 25% so it wud give me the 60 to 75 crys but now if i buy it i only get 45 to 50 cry

this a gd way to get rid off the old players in with the new players

I have been away since sol came out. And yes, i remember the 'old' days. The drop rate now is next to ridiculous. I hear somebody say one out of 3 in this thread???? That is not thruth at all. I tried some boosters. Hardly any difference. BP drop rate is even worse. Lookin for a rare bp? Come on, i am not even gonna bother.

I know u have been grinding for ages. So if anybody can know anything about drop rates, u are the guy.

At least it was fun to see some, only some, of the old guys back.

And something else i notice. It is very quiet in orbit in all systems. In the old days more people on pros, molikar, baumar, V4. Now at 12.00 it is deserted.

Yes i came back after loosing interest when sol came out. I didn't have enough time for it.

Well since i told my nephew i was playin a bit again he has shown up now and then. But he is not too serious playin. As a matter off fact, he is now actually HELPING people instead of just yelling and makin people angry.

It was stated in the change log some time ago that the drop rate is calculated using the tech restriction system. This means that if you are on Mizar with your Sol ship or items, you will get a small reduction in the drop rate for Cryonite looted from Mantis. If you go to an even lower Star System with your Sol ship, then the reduction in Cryonite drop is larger still.

However, you get no reduction if you are using the right tech for the star system. This was done because we had a problem that lower level players couldn't do some generic missions because of high level players (harvesters and interceptor on Prosperous for example).

Well if people are havin problems with missions, then why not make the harvestors and interceptors mission mantis -_- , problem solved, yet instead we get worse cry drops and quite a bit of people arent very happy with these changes, when all you needed was a few mission mantis to fix the problem.

And the sol rare drop rate, is completly ridiculous there not even "rares" there more like "figments of our imagination"thanks to the terrible rate that there dropping at, if any at all... i\ve gotten a few already but i felt brain dead, from havin to do nothin but shoot and refill, for a few days, for the sake of a single bp...
