Draconis- temporary bp booster.

ok, i was thinking, perhaps the bp drop rate could be raised (not by much) for the first week after the draconis release? Maybe 5% more. Just so that the pressure on grinding mantis for certain bps doesnt get as bad as it did on mars. I think we all remember what happened at the start of the sol release.
