I'm thinking about buying gold recently so i went to the page and it stated 6900 gold for USD 9.99 on gamigo. But later i found that u can get 10000 gold for USD 10 on kongregate. Why is there a large difference in the amount u can get for the same value of price? Why is the rate on gamigo much higher than that on kongregate? If that's the same i would like to order some.

the simple answer is each portal is a re-seller, they charge their own prices

what if the the other companies like gamigo make the gold in the future cheaper than from splitscreen?
