There's a bunch of dead clans out there, some with only 1 active member in them. Unfortunately, because of the amount of cryo an admiral/officers donate to bring the clan up to speed, they don't want to abandon it and lose the investment even though they'd like to join another clan/group. This leaves a bunch of smaller clans floating about with dedicated but isolated members.
I would strongly suggest that a clan admiral be allowed to dissolve a clan, and that the donated cryo (the donations are tracked after all) be refunded to the members. Treat it like a chapter 7 bankruptcy: All assets are sold, and the cryo in the clan-fund is returned to the members. If there's not enough in the fund to refund fully, go on a percentage basis based on what a member donated (again, that cryo amt is tracked) Ditto with the log files. Gravatrons would be allocated to the admiral but could only be donated to a new clan.
Something that would help clean up the sheer number of dead clans and allow members to move to new clans without losing all their time and cryo invested.
