Last post from me in this forum, ever... (HURAY !)
I tried to solo Solaria but I can't anymore to see what gives...
Frankly the game is ruined !
Missions that where duable solo are now so bad you can not do them with out help. This halts new blood, cq players, to a dead stop urly in the game as its impossible to progress urly in the game, with out help...
Example Reactor protection on Terasa, was easly duable solo now is impossible:
1] more mantis land during the mission then before, max level 20 of Terasa.
2] expanded living area beyond the AIs ability to detect enemies beyond the reactor making the natives join on the hit of the reactor and the player.
3] Level restricted BPS taking you to long to kill anything during the mission...
Also it seems the blaster does 1 out of 2 blast some damage... Only during the mission, as mission fails its instantly almost a 100% hit on anything again ^^ Add to the previous comment the "Servers" choice to make you miss anything you target, while it cant hit you to the point even game laggs you and not the mantis...
4] level restriction on the mission and armor make you to vulnarable for pack of mantis chasing you while you protect generator or collect the bomb...
5] even if you get the protection done, collect the bomb, the generator is still beying damaged while you fly away to the other side of the map to finish the mission. Reactor pops, mission fails...
Ok lets get a partner and squad up then !

There is no new blood and I played at day, night and morning for over a week !
I met only 1 person in 1 week flying through Vega and Antares. While doing missions, building of ships etc...
This lvl 3 person left the game when some "level 85" told him to grind for 1.000 cryonite at Kalabesh...
Nice promotion that was from an obviously boosted ignorant player ^^
To call in people from Tau Ceti and Sirius to help would totaly by-pass the restrictions the devs made in the first place...
Something snapped in my head... I got muted in forum a year ago, while trying to warn the game would die if new players are bullied in to play the game !
Now I find PG is dead as the progression is done in the restrictions of new players and not development of the game itself...
So in sted of telling the devs they have made an interresting misstake cutting 4 corners (living area, level restrictions and more mantis) and send in some tickets, I leave this game be to die on its own.
The Devs obviously left this game years ago... And the "crew" around it try to shout to us "the sun is shining" during a blizzard, making promisses they can not keep for years...
No reason to hang around for the last twiching and smell the odor of death...
Not even when they would magicly make Tauceti, new content, and a new Sirius apear in a day, I would promote other games friends in to PG... I would be to ashamed explaining them why they should join...
This game is dead due to lack of insight of consiquences of taken descisions and in restrciting the new players and not develop the game itself ! Only the veterans with alt accounts are playing this game ^^
I want to make perfectly clear that the sole reason this gigantic good game called Pirate Galaxy is dead, is because of developers and not the GMs, the community or sign of the times ^^
The community was and is great ! The graphic sare still good ! The "Crew" should urn a statue (well not all off them) The Developers should sell the game to somebody that cares, but I am guessing with the market numbers as is, that would not happen ^^
I want to thank you all for 9 years of more or less gaming fun, a lot of laughs and some good fillilng of my gaming time
With some burning sensation in my eyes I say goodbye ^^ Man I hate let 7K gold stay in a dead account

ps.: The bad part of this... My wife was right 4 years ago about this game beying dead and to leave it be... Sticked to it for 4 more years... Now I need to tell her she was right Thank a lot DEVS !
