Customer Satisfaction Poll

In the real world I am a Quality Assurance Manager. Not to bore you too much with it, but the primary role of QA is to ensure Customer Satisafaction. One of the ways to do this is to conduct customer surveys.

The idea is that the provider of a product or service can use this to determine whether he is satisfying his current customers and the simple equation is Poor Customer Satisfaction = Poor Sales = Loss of market share = demise of product or service.

In light of the fact that SplitScreen have chosen not to do one (which shows they really don't care what the customer thinks) then perhaps it might be and idea that we (the customer) do it ourselves.

In light of the fact that one poll has already been locked off by Astraeus as being defamitory to SS i would ask you to keep your responses to a single word. Yes or No ( or Don't Care {which is two words in know}). There are plenty of other topics out there currently covering what is good/bad with the new system.

So whether it is the steering/ the loot system/ the CQ...whatever...a simple yes/no vote is all that is needed. Let's see if we can get an accurate measurement of public feeling without having the poll closed by the powers that be.

Will it change anything? Who knows but if we don't try then we won't ever know and it is better to have some real statistical evidence than just a guesstimate of how successful or unsuccessful the new update has been in the eyes of the consumer.

Simple, as a gamer I will play the most enjoyable game for me and PG has lost its first place on my list. Idk this games now requires too much work to be enjoyable.

I still have 4 months of unlimited E boost and gold to use but I am cutting my losses and not wasting my time playing anymore. I will see from time to time how things are developing. But for now SS get no more of my money!

Agreed Capn.....as I type this message I am downloading two new games to beta test. I might aswell do
some thing that I enjoy, rather than suffer the horror of this last miserable update to a once great game.

all the changes that have be done on this game last 20-30 days is for worst the have made the fun less and the work(boring thinks) more, they never hear us, they just make the changes no mutter what......who thought that they new system is better???? did he understand that if u r new on draconis u need 500bps before u have full rare ship???? that is insane(150 60lvl + 150 65lvl + 200 golds=500)...... now if u wont to have some of the fun back u must pay 30k gold more every month and still isn't enough.....so the less i can do is to tell u what is for me the thinks that r wrong and must change.

A)1% gain cry on cq???? u have no reason to go except if u like cq and for me give 5-10% or NOTHING the 1% is ridiculous. For me the cq is dead with all this changes.
B)25 gold parts??? the idea of parts is great cause luck isn't so important any more but 25 parts is to many cause now u didn't give the chance of the unlucky to get golds but u punished the lucky ones too and make the gold to hard to get it, u must make them in all systems 20-30% less parts with the same drop rate or more.....
C) 19 parts on blue draconis??? tell me one unlucky guy who believe that this is better.... we talking for simple and u believe that this is better than bad luck???this is worst than gypsy curse so for me blue ones 5 max(with same drop rate) or no parts.
D) why i must lose 1350 cry every time i pod no mutter what ship i have ? what is the logic on this(exempt to buy cry protection) ? u say that if i crash in real life a ferrari or Lada and go to fix them i ll pay the same? cause if i buy all vega ships with full rare bps i ll give less than one empty draconis ship.
E)do u know that pilots who don't have membership they cant do not even sm on draconis with out help? u have make draconis to hard so no more fun there i am 75 lvl pilot and i have 20 days to c 70 lvl mantis.
F) 1,5 million cries for full draconis ship with less harv cry dropping??? that is insane give us more harv spots with the old system if u ask from us 1.5 million and 2 for the rare ship.

When u ask some one to work harder u pay him u don't get money from him and this, is a game is no work so give us the fun back and u keep the work, cause u get money from this and u must work! we supposed to have fun on this game and do not work hard on the game and maybe have fun after! for all that when my membership is finished i am out of this game as many users

i doubt SplitScreen is going to listen to us...it's been 3 days since they launched the update, so far all they've done is make it worse...

Since the 65 people who voted "no" apparentely represent only 2% of the game community, I'm eagerly awaiting until the other 6370 players will wake up and start voting "yes".

Since only @ 2% of all Pilots are complaining & whining, Why dont you at least try Honestly what is offered to you?

I wouldn't say 2% were Complaining more like 80-95%, as i've seen in chat. Yes the new System Sucks, but i'm starting to get used to 1 thing, Total Boredom! When i first started playing the game was fun, nothing was not too Expensive, as in the ships were HALF there price and BP and Cry Drop rates were, well mostly, the same in each System, until Sol Came out. what u do is create a game, find too many ppl find it too Easy and make not worth the hastle! I've already got bored of being in a Clan, so created my own again and it's Because the CQs are Bugged, and no one bothered to say howlong it's Estimated to be Repaired. With the Death Cry why did u have to put Lvl Specific? It was ok as it was yet u need to mess it up like always. Armour was also ok, atleast when that update never caim out u could do most Sol Missions Solo. The Fact that u now can't give out Side help on a Mission in your Trusty Engie is just an Insult to all of us who liked giving someone a Hand on a Mission that was Hard, now most ppl have sold there Engies cause they've found no use for them. The CQ system doesn't Work anymore, u could go into a CQ, w/o a CQ Ship or Levy, and have fun if u was or wasn't in clan, we had fun, now CQs are detimined by Man Power. The More Members u have at 1 CQ the likly u will win. The Cry bonus is now Ridiculous, i mean how much cry could u get Extra w/ a 1% Bonus? Nothing! So i would like to Congratz Split Screen for making 25% (maybe More i don't know) Quit the Game. Which also means u loose Profit right? Cause I will still play yes but i won't waste a Penny and most or some of us will be the same!
