Crystal bug?

It has been like this ever since sol came out and I thought it would have been fixed by now. I have from time to time got '1' cryonite recieved from signors on moon and earth.. Is this how its supposed to be? This was screeny was taken today and here you can see it:


and also something new I found a crystal that couldn't be collected, also had a few energy balls like this:

As you can see I just collected it and I got no message about any cryonite recieved.. I tried collect it about 10 times before I gave up, it was only an intercepter cry though...

That are crystal from orbital strike i got the same on earth i shot some singors and my target lock on a orbital strike i shoor him and i get 1 cry so i can

the crystal bug were it doesnt collect is easy to sort out all you have to do is move away from it then go back and collect it, happens to me all the time

I have had this, the solution has always been relog.
The crystal is either there when you back, and you will be able to collect it, or it has vanished due to time what you've used to try to collect it and reloging.
I have realized it's a webcut what has occurred for a second, and that causes you cannot collect the cry, however the cut is so short that itr will not crash you totally.

This is not due to server but our own web connection.

Ok for the first bug, I got 1 cry from signor when using storm too and storm doesn't have orbital strike

And for the last I think its a screen bug really, same happened with me collecting energy together with my cousin Omnislash and he couldn't see the energy ball I was trying to collect...
And the crystal didn't vanish either, but relog didn't do anything. So its a bit strange..

I have had the same wireless as I had before sol came out and that never happened back then
