Now, i know people were getting annoyed that higher levels stole all the harvs and this didnt give the lower ones a chance to grind. But there is a problem with this, now anyone who has just got to the level required for the next systems ship needs to grind cry, and they most likely have the next systems bps on their old system ship. This creates a problem, grinding harvs in the higher system im much too difficult, but grinding them in the lower system gives a cry yield of about 2-3k an hour because of the restrictions.
What I suggest is that Cryonite penalties are only given when your in the ship of the higher system, irrespective of the bps you have installed. This would mean that higher levels could grind in lower systems, but not steall all the harvs because their armour would not be sufficient to hold out against so many interceptors. It would also mean that the transition between systems would be less awkward, as you either have to downgrade your ship or have a very low cryonite yield.
Idk if this is the right solution for it, but I have found the transitions between mizar and sol, and sol and draconis, very awkward and it could easily be made smoother...
