In this day and age of occuppied harv spots and the need for more cry...here's an idea. Why not give the cry value of rare parts that are known blueprints? We all know how frustrating it is to hunt rares only to have the wrong one drop. This may improve matters a little.
e.g. Drac Scrambler costs appox 80k and requires 16 parts. So if a player already has said bp and collects they get the cry value of said part (80k/16), although this is probably excessive and perhaps 80k/32 would be more in keeping with resale values in the hangar. This would certainly sweeten the hunt for rares AND reduce the dependancy on harvs (after all rares drop from all mantis).
To mitigate abuse, this facility should only be available to ships of the same system or below (i.e you can't take a Drac Storm to Molikar and expect a refund...only Mizar ships or below).
