I think you are exaggerating a bit LordCougar. The worst I have ever had was 2 crashes in an hour (and I wasn't surprised since my internet was terrible that day. Worst anyone I was squaded with or in my clan or my buddy list has ever had when I was on was 6 times in an hour (and they said they had lost internet connection after 2 of them).

Ranting does not help but contacting support, write what happend before the crash, add a medic report to it and send it all to support@pirategalaxy.com we have additional crash logs but we can't use them unless we have a report about a crash.

So instead of ranting help us reduce the crashing but reporting so we can help. To have a clean test for sure we will tell you via support to get the newest driver check your settings, firewall, connection, etc. to be sure it has nothing to do with that.

I never crashed after Draconis patch.. So I give a question to all those saying they keep crashing: Maybe it's not the game? Maybe it's your computer?

And since everyone gonna jump and tell me but my computer is fine and bla bla bla, I thought same thing when I had a problem logging in game, and Astraeus helped me that time and I fixed a problem in MY computer and game worked fine and smooth since then, I never complained about anything but bugs which are out there because of coding errors or something .. But at the end of the day, it's just a uprising game, do you couldn't just expect it to be 24/24 there to fix your problems, 24/24 there to fix the bugs, it takes time .. And patience is a good word to be said about all this, if you're a youngster, send a ticket to support, and then go do something maybe just waste some time on a playstation or Xbox and then coming back and check if problem is fixed, and if it isn't maybe you should see alternative issues, maybe give the support more information, more details about what is happening, and if it's happening to only you, they could use a certain piece of information and while you giving them up to date information it could be useful, maybe they found that piece between the information you given, and problem may be fixed XD

Instead of ranting and using caps as YELLING to SS Support and GMs (Which DON'T get paid for this) maybe you can do something that is useful and send them information?

I am not saying companies like SS don't do mistakes, but the mistakes they done can't be so harmful since it's just a game, they will see some bugs that will happen and some may be they give some bad decisions towards the players that "abused" the bug (Like the Delloda - Cry bug) but could you seriously forget all the events they done to you or the NEW systems they worked to give you more challenge?

The word "crash" in PG means lots and lots of meanings:
- Crashed as if too much movement on surface and you crashed (Normal one, server couldn't handle so much information passing by )
- Crashed as if your computer is malfunctioning and had to "end process" the game so it crashed (That's why GMs and support tells you to send information about your computer)
- Crashed as if your computer graphic cards couldn't handle the game, well it could for a small amount of time, but then it started to get cheeky and disturbing

And even more types of "crashing"

So the time you spent "ranting" here maybe could have been spent writing a message to support that includes all the information that you can provide and wait for a message back from them?

If all the tips & Tricks that support has sent you does not seem to help your situation, Then you have something else wrong with your PC you did not tell support about. There is lots of things that cause a "CRASH" & there is also lots of Definitions to the word crash.

Personally I had a Major System Meltdown that caused Lag, Erratic Game Play, Stalling & Even Game Closing etc in PG. I also had the thought is it really PG or My system? Well to make a long story short, It was my system. Even with all the Protection I have in place a BUG still got in & messed up my Windows 7 Ultimate 64 installation. I will add this also, all else seemed to be working fine.

Bottom Line is this: Thoroughly check your system. If you are not 'Technically'inclined, get a Certified Tech experienced in the Gaming world (Alot of PC Techs are Gamers these days) to look at your system from top to bottom. Going on vague descriptions of a Problem (ie crash), It is very hard to determine exactly what the Root cause is & fix it

Please if Support asks you to supply Information, it is because they dont "SEE" your PC in action & every little bit Helps

Im really starting to hate this game i must crash now 20 times a day and its really starting to get to me SS know theres a problem but would rather say ITS YOUR PC then sort it i must pay around £40 a month if not more and what am i getting for my money A LOAD OF BULL .

SS must get hundreds of crash reports a day and still they do nothing ooo wait they bring a update out so when you crash and pod you can matt yourself hahaha IT DONT WORK i log back into nothing get a option to matt it takes my e but nothing happens perfetic .

As for not many pll reporting the crashs WE CANT BE BOTHERED AS WE KNOW NOTHING WILL BE DONE ABOUT IT so why waist more of are time .

We are no longer valued players/customers to SS we are just £££££ or $$$$$$ i remeber if gimingo did anything wrong they would give us free gold as a way to say sorry what do SS do for us NOTHING they just give us more BULL

i must admit the game crashies is alot to do with your pc and not the game, i never ever crash on my pc at home but my works one crashies all the time, so dont be too quick to blame the game for the crashies, just make sure your windows updates are all done and all the drivers for your system are upto date and make sure no anti virus is getting in the way, also if you use vista/windows 7 turn off uac/user account control, as this can cause promblem as well, make sure your java in upto date as well and if your not the computer admin account run run the game as admin, these are all things that can cause problems when playing pirate galaxy, i find alot of the onbored graphics on alot of laptops just aint upto running pirate galaxy, the older nvidia 5000 series and 6000 series and the ati 8000 and 9000 series and older intel and s3 have problems and cause alot of crashies

I see you guys are still trying point a finger at my pc lol. Well I have you know since this last patch (knock on wood) I have not had any Crashes!!! Not 1 single crash! Dang Hot-Dog! they fixed something right for once.

Did i get a new pc? NO
Did I install new hardware? NO
Did I update anything other then whats normal? NO
Did I change ISP? NO No NO

Still want to point that finger at our PC? LOL
