Color pattern?

I have a question:
How do I get those shiny thingies in my color pattern?
Is it the antimatter skin? Can only gm's have it? I like to have it if that's possible

Well those are called skins, there are three of them, the ion skin (blue one), the fusion skin (red one) and the antimatter skin (green one).Everyone can have them but u have to buy it with gold.it costs 5k gold and lasts 30 days if im right.You can buy them when they come online randomly.
