Hi..
Is it just me or is it not so that a CAPTAIN has more power in a system than a Officer???..

My captain can hardly do anything in clan because he has no rights.. And a officer can kick and accept new members. pay levy and almost al the things that a admiral can.. Aint the Captain supposed to be second in command in the clan?.. With the responsebility that comes with it??

And the acceptance of new members and kick. Should not that be just the responsebility of Admiral and Captain?? Not all officers??

Please answer me this...

A captain can, He can remove, approve, position, clan open o , he can buy ships, assign, but not participate.
