Clan Fund Improvement

Maybe you think the same as me, but the clan fund is useless atm.
You use it to buy CQ ships, but only once.
And you use it to pay the CQ Lavy's.
But, you don't use it for something else.
I think it would be better that you can also use it to give cry to other clanmembers.
Cauze, if you knwo that there is a clanfund, you expect something like giving crys to a clanmember, by that name.
But, it isn't atm.
If you can give crys out of the clan fund, you get stronger clans. (More people go in a better clan and can get easier cq ships. So, more fun at cqs too)
But, only the admiral is able to pay out crys to clanmembers.
Otherwise, to much members can have that power.

So, the clan fund is useless atm and it needs something, where it has to be used for: Paying Out Crys!!!

well i you look at my idea of a new conquest/clan fund improvement,

it would mean that the highers actually give cryonite to the bigger ones.

sorry for the "of course not" vote, but the paying out is a really bad idea. The higher player could simply give cry to the lower player, who don't have to kill mantis for earning cry.
The clan fund is useless, yes, but pls don't improve it this way.

maybe add something like a Diplomatic Transport, Fully customizable by the player the Admiral decides to give it to
