Clan changes

1: online users should be shown at the top by default not the bottom of the list.

2: add guild member list tab to buddys list window
*have it load separate from buddys list so it doesn't add more lag to opening it*

3: Clan descriptions
*so players can see what the clan is about before they join*

4: more allie perks/options

5: clan tax options

6: send able clan invites

7: in CQs make it so you have the option to land near your squad leader as well.
*would be nice to add a second person in squads you can land next to also.*

i dont like the clan tax idea and i have no idea what a guild is, but the rest is good

i didn't think every one would like the clan tax idea.... but that is why i put options.
but guess i should have put an example.

i was thinking 0%-20% maybe a drop down box with options of:
0%
2%
5%
10%
15%
20%
