chat box improvement

May I suggest an improved version of the current chat box, such that the chat history is not cleared upon loading a new area?

I'm finding that losing the chat history makes having coherent conversations with people somewhat difficult when doing a lot of zone transitions!

Or they go with my idea of the Animation, Where there is no loading screen and you can see the chat all the way through

zeribrex, I can tell you now that having that would cause unimaginable amounts of lag.

how about being able to chat in loading screen, public chat would be wherever you were loading to? it would not increase lag, but it would mean players could keep track of conversations

I already suggested a chat buffer to amend this situation, but it was never implemented.

Cause lag will it, Well I didnt seem to notice any more lag that I wasnt getting when they added the picture cutscene when you enter a new system.
