Chat and forum

Is it not posible for creating a language chat.
I mean The global chat English and a extra tab for the language off your choice.

And maybe the Devs can also create a forum button directly into the game client.
I think a lot off players don't know how to find the forum (gamigo and bigpoint users) ^^
