Cant LogIn

Today at 8:00 polish time server was shutdown. Now, 1 hour after it, i cant login to game. I have error about not established connection / server was shutdown / local network stop connection...

How to fix it or when server was turn on? I have good internet connection, i check it, so its something with server...?

Game-client: no connect
Mozilla FF: no connect
GooGle Chrome: no connect + error:

there was an announcement about this yesterday but it seems that they started early so as to finish early. You should news and announcements from time to time.

Im really sorry if i go off topic, but i have to learn this. How do you make a word to send you to a different website than you are? I mean how do you make the word "Here" underlined and when you click on it you go somewhere else?
