Can't get on the English Europe server

I cant play my favorite game PG.. Coz when I was going to help my friend Polis98.. But I didnt got in It just said "An unknown error occuerred authenticating to your account.
Please head To Our forums or conntact support. Is it the gemigo server or am I banded But I cant been banded coz i never said someone somthing! Can some one please answear me on this if anybody else have this problem too? I have tried to chance server didnt work Please fiks this soon.

Depending on the Portal you are using, Log-In Issues are better handled thru support. Bigpoint Pilots should be able to start using their current login deatils under Splitscreen tomorrow. Gamigo Pilots have been having Portal Issues which are intermittant but being worked on by Gamigo Staff

Guys common. stop posting this. Its becoming a common bug. they will fix it for today so tomorrow it comes back and we get angry again. But im cleverer: i dont get angry anymore. I gave up.

Ok I'm a bigpoint user and I've been using the Bigpoint portal till just 5 mins ago when I guess they took PG off, I was already aware of the move so when i tryed to log in on Pirategalaxy.com I clicked log in and typed in my username (CommanderCody) and password and clicked log in, it said invailied password or username. I tryed useing my bigpoint name (~Commander_Cody~) and password, same thing. I guess u dont have my account transfered yet. Btw when i tryed registering with me data it said account already in use so either somehow my password got changed or it is on there but I cant log onto it.

Btw my bigpoint account by SS standards have invalid carraters which are the ~ and the _. I also changed my name about the time I started playing the game.

im having the same issues aswell i am a bigpoint user too and am unable to get into my account i logged in fine but i got sent to a lvl 15 profile when im lvl 64 on askone so i dont know whats going on here but its a bit hard i pay money for membership and if i cant get on to my proper profile mine will expire without me being there and i dont think its fair if it lapses and charges me again when i cant even get into my account.

I've logged in and done the activation checks, i've passed the tutorial at the beginning however when i try to access the English server it keeps telling me the server is currently offline please check the forums, i'm just checking to make sure whether it is a problem with server or whether this is most likely and independent problem.

Its OK now i had spy sweeper running and i think thats what was causing the problem it was blocking out the game, thanks for the time anyway.

Glad you fixed it! Many ppl make us run rings around trying to fix their problems, the start cussing at our servers and it often as simple as a firewall blocking your connection. good work!

I would like to know what username and password I'm supposed to use when this transfer happens, do I use the one from bigpoint or my username from pirategalaxy and password i have from bigpoint? I don't have a username and password from splitscreen

i am wondering the same thing as i had an account with ss but never used it because my main account is higher lvl . and another question i have is how does it work the transfer since at bigpoint i had my account sorted by it logging in automatically so dont know how ill get into my pilot account.
