Cannot reach log in screen

Ive been taken off my laptop, so the only way I can get online is using the main computer, it is a Compaq Presario

I use the Browser version and it starts up fine, gets through all the loading screens but then...


( If it shows only half image as it does for me goto this. http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/8610/stuckonthisscreen.png )

I get stuck onto this screen and it doesnt change.. same thing happens on the client, Ive done repair..

Is the Java log above in the test I took?

Also do I send the ticket via email? Ive never sent any tickets before so not sure
