cannot log in !

Hi guys At the moment i am logged in through my sons account as i seem to be having a problem logging into my account .

my username is rascal77, i run throught the client but have tried through internet explorer i use splitscreen and through askona server .

when logging in fails it says An uknown error has occurred authentcating your account.

if you could sort it i would apprecate it

What to do? with the browser and the client can not log into the game!

Usually when this error occurs, the only thing to do is re-log and keep trying. Many people get this problem and it's ususally because there are too many pilots trying to log in at one time. Give it 20mins or so, then re-try

I have now been trying for about an hour now and still no joy.
i dont believe it to be that there are to many pilots on as i cant even get server option is it a problem with
splitscreen as my son uses gamago and does not have a problem as we have logged in while trying splitscreen and he gets in straight away.

Plz stop ruining this topic with complaints. The problem has been fixed, I check all the servers every hour to see if there online so i can post it on the wiki.
