..blah blah all the rest too. Getting old coming here and saying can't log in ...client won't start...browser don't work. The really SAD part is if this is because of Tua Ceti opening it is just one planet and all these problems? Logged into my old game and despite how much I didn't want to actually liked the fact I could at least log in and play. Gameplay was good and seen old clanmates that asked for me to come back..HMMM that's may be a good idea seeing this game don't work! Ran medis report and came up clean. Game said my password wasn't right..tried to reset and well not to drag this out and won't...BYE!!!!

Please don't fell bad I can't get on either 1 1/2 hours I can't get on and looking for info to as why, and can't find any reason why , it is the weekend and staff is short, I am sure they are working on it
A little goes along way Red..my last game when there were problems like this they gave you SOMETHING!! A weekend of free play i.e. membership for all thoise who log on for weekend. Don't cost them a red cent either and who knows some who never had it may say it is worth the few dollars to get it. Why this has eluded SS I don't know but it seems they could care less how this affects those with memberships and extras they have on their account. May seem small but it all adds up. One hr here and 2 hrs there by end of month we lose a few days membership and get nothing in return..heck I got sc***ed out of at least 2 packs of gravitons back when they had problem when none registered awhile back. They gave mr 5..1 pack..where are the other 8 or so I lost? Small thing like this go along way. You have to admit those who still play this game after ALL the problems they encounter is like saying it don't take much to make some happy. Log on playing is all. Give something in return to show you appreciate those who continue to play despite all the crap they put up with!
I uninstalled quite a few times and seems I had better chances leaving it alone as at least I got the game log in page to come up but server choice was nill. Looks like they did it this time and thank you for acting more like a player than a mod in this case. I think this is it for me and this game just have to wait for Admiral of clan to come back and I am done with SS and PG. This last problem is causing us to lose jumpship cause we cannot finish missions Sirius and we know nothing will come of a ticket and who cares at this point. I logged into an old game that has far more players than this game and had a good time playing with old members of clan and just hunting so that's open now..at least game is playable.

OK, I still cannot get on the game 
I have done all and the Client will not open,
it is acting as if there is something missing in the client
this is now my 2nd day of trying everything to get on and play

I'm sure, that splitscreen make a Hotfix about this
this is 4 time's that happand, and its oke for me,
It alwens happand with new system come Old server need to work with new server that TC is using,

stopped playing almost a year ago even let the membership active and such + 22k+ gold on the acc, reason boring game and technical issues.
now think of how stupid i feel for trying the game again and even activating members and cryo vault etc and now the game doesnt work.... cause like many others i have problems loging in yesterday and now again for hours.
and its correct tht a normal game company compensates the players (customers) for lost stuff and missed fun due to their problems but splitscreen seems to b "special"
makes me laugh wht i see on their corporate website...like investors are stupid and dont check their games comunity to get the real feel of their competency.
and i dont care if its weekend and the staff is "short" or "tall" when if i pay for the game i dont get a rebate cause its weekend and i dont have enough money etc...+ ever numskull knows tht a game should especially work on weekends and high usage times when players are off work and can play.

This has been going on for a week now, maybe it is fixed on other servers but it seems like whenever i cant get on solaria I have no problems getting on others servers like Askone .
