not bein funny but never say never iv seen it happen before, when i was a gm at subagames a partnership went sour with there great and frindly amazing partners and 1300 ppl lost there accounts and everythnig they had spent on there account, so what insureances do i have from splitscreen that things are never goin to go bad between ss and gamigo and that i will never loose my account through gamigo goin bust or falling out with splitscreen cos i feel on a knifes edge over this. u can transfer my account info from gamigo to spliscreen if u really wanted too its not impossable all u got to do is get gamigo to agree to the data transfer, if i was u splitscreen id get some kind of legal agreement signed up between u and gamigo over the accounts they have that are used for pirate galaxy, can u imagen if things did go bad 80% of all the players on all the servers would loose there account and this can be good for the game and splitscreens bank account or splitscreens name in the gaming world, plus would there be any legal matter regrarding the players that lost there account that have paid money is this matter covered in ur terms and conditions, this isnt me havin a go its just an idea for splitscreen to think on cos iv seen it happen before with other games
