The problem has not been resolved. I have been unable to login for over a month now. I have submitted tickets to which I received replies to fix my system! I performed all requested and still have not been able to login via client or browser.
Now I have not had a reply on my ticket for weeks. SplitScreen is fully aware it is there issue and it is still not resolved. Others have posted here with the exact same issue, so it is not on my end!
Why when receive error get message to "Head to forums" then head to forums and find no info, help or status of situation?
I would suggest Mods stop telling those who come here with problems to submit a ticket, when ticket has been submitted and error message says come here for answers!!!!
Now this is turning into embezzlement, as I just purchased gold the day before all crashed on server "shutdown" almost a month ago.
Either give valid update as to the status of this issue here on the forums where we are directed, or provide the proper link to where status can be correctly relayed.
