this bonus pack is mostly in december where the christmas event takes place. so 1-2 times in one year i guess.

Considering that they even anounced with the newest patch notes that something will be updated with thm i exect that we soon will see those things showing up again. But as KingSub already stated i don´t remember to have seen this action for more then 2 times/year and even HH happened at least 1-2 times/month in a distance of 2-3 weeks between each.
