Black screen problem and its solution

I experienced and solved the 'black screen' problem.
It's a simple Java bug for non-english Windows users.

Solution:
Open Regional and Language Options in Control Panel.
Choose English (United States)

ok well that doesnt help me, I've always been on the English (US) thingy. Btw if you logged in last night from BP and thats when you tryied to do that, it would have simply been the portal was accually working for once. (I heard allot other BP users were able to use portal last night), sadlly I didnt try using BP portal last night and it dont work this morning
