BIGPOINT/SPLITSCREEN CONVERSION Bug?

Ok I clicked like, pluged in my info and what do ya know it says "We couldn't find any pilots for your Bigpoint Account, maybe your Bigpoint Account has already been converted or there must be some invalid data. Please consult our forum support." I already tried logging in, nothin. If a MOD er support wants to go to Bigpoint and log in with my account data and c that I am using my real account and I am registered at PG feel free to PM me.

I have changed my bigpoint username before but that twas just after I joined PG, I plugged in my Old username, nothing again. Guys I got a mizar ship that I am trying to get through Sol or atleast partly through Sol by the time Drac comes out.

Same thing happened to me, but the first time I did the conversion, it worked and I got the verify email but when I tried to verify my email it said it failed. Threw in yet another ticket with SS and tried the conversion again this morning and everything worked like a charm.

On the other hand tho, now for some reason I keep getting booted out of game and to desktop randomly. Looking for that now in this forum, hoping to figure out whats the problem. Before I would only get booted like this if game crashed due to too many interceptors getting hit by my Abomb..now it could be at anytime, before I engage, during or after....

yea they are having that problem too, SS is going to shut down the servers and fix that bug from my understanding, my problem is even getting it to accept that I accually have an account. I wish they'd let you plug in you server and current username, it might accually reconize me then.

From a BP Pilot who had Issues:

Input my BP login/pw information and then input my SS account name and password and E-mail info and recieved the following message:

1. No Bigpoint Account could be found for your Bigpoint login credentials. Please try again and make sure your login data is correct.

2. I tried the same transfer again with the same BP login/pw information except on this attempt i placed a "-" to seperate my uuid from ********** to *****-*****"

3. i recieved a duplicate e-amil error message.

4. I created a new yahoo e-mail account, entered it in the valid e-mail field, hit the convert button and recieved message the conversion was succesful.

5. i validated the e-mail and sucessfully logged into PG through the client.

Same problem with my account 67. I tried an old username with pass and the new name with pass but i have the same problem and i can't join from BP anymore.

Ok my account is working now, the 3 step solution to my problem has been posted by me in general discution in the ALL BIGPOINT PILOTS PLEASE READ er whatever it tis called thread.

Still no one care about my account, its stuck there on BigPoint and no answer from Support. I can connect and play another games from BigPoint but when i try to convert my account on SplitScreen there says is doesn't exist. And, I am tired to wait and to do 1000.... different things for converting my account and to receive the same answer "No Bigpoint Account could be found for your Bigpoint login credentials. Please try again and make sure your login data is correct."
