It has been 15 days since i was last able to log on to the game and to be honest this has gone on long enough. I really doubt that it takes this long to program a character map to accommodate for special characters as part of a user name. I have opened a ticket with support and all i have gotten back was a message saying that the problem has been passed higher up. After indicating that my membership is being wasted on a message to support, i have gotten nothing back... not even an update on the situation. Is there anyone out there who can help??
