Try engi it is a good ship it can protect you and another players and you with shild ^^

dont forget that the shield (protector tech) also blocks stun effects (which can be very handy in tight situations like rank 13 pilot over run by custodians, low on hp, BAM, shield on, stun gone, saved, time to repair or get out of the area). The engi also can heal others and themselves at the same time (
